Kevin R. Carlson is a trial attorney specializing in representing injured plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Kevin also handles a wide variety of other cases, including estate planning, divorces, and criminal cases. A graduate of The University of Tulsa College of Law, Kevin also holds a B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Bar Association, Oklahoma Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. Kevin was nominated by his peers to Oklahoma Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2010 and 2012. Up to 2.5% of the attorneys in Oklahoma are named in Rising Stars. Kevin has extensive experience in personal injury litigation of all types involving automobile collisions, premises liability litigation, and trucking collision litigation, as well as estate planning, family law, and criminal law.
